VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING
REPORTING REQUIREMENTS


All new surplus lines policies written during 2006 must be reported to the Surplus Lines Association of Colorado no later than January 15, 2007.

Annual Statements will be provided to all licensees as respects 2006 transactions. If you discover an error please contact our office - 303-331-9399 and we will assist you.

Surplus lines taxes are payable no later than March 1st 2006.

Effective January 1st 2007 all new surplus lines transactions and endorsements on existing policies will be reported directly to the Colorado Division of Insurance. Information is available at their website www.dora.state.co.us.
