IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL LICENSEES

FILING OF 2006 ACTIVITY REPORTS

     
     All reports pertaining to 2006 policies transacted from January 1st 2006 until December 31st 2006 are to be reported to the Surplus Lines Association of Colorado.

    All reports for 2006 are due NO LATER THAN JANUARY 15th 2007. 

    The Association will issue Annual Statements detailing where the tax amount is to be paid.  If you file electronically you will be able to access your Annual Statement once the December 2006 report has been filed.  Changes cannot be made to the Annual Statement or filed reports without the Associations approval.
 
   All tax payments for 2006 are due NO LATER THAN MARCH 1st 2007 .
