                                    IMPORTANT NOTICE 
             PLEASE READ AND CHANGE YOUR RECORDS


   Effective 1/1/04 the stamping fee is reduced from .2% to .10%

All policies with an effective date of 1/1/04 and later are subject to the new stamping fee of .10%.

All policies with an effective date of 12/31/03 and before, including endorsements transacted after 12/31/03, are subject to the .20% rate.

Stamping fees are charged on the premium only and not on policy/inspection fees.
